Iris van Daalen and Ruben Thier each graduated in 2010 from the Design Academy in Eindhoven. Together, they started their Eindhoven-based design studio in 2011. Thier works at the technical side of design; van Daalen is more about intuition and form. Both share a fascination with colours, structures and the transience of nature. Studio Thier&VanDaalen translates this into simple, minimalistic design.
