Sergey Makhno is the CEO of Makhno Studio, a furniture design firm which has completed projects in over 16 countries. Makhno, who was once a Kyokushin karate coach, turned to professional design after graduating from Kyiv's Academic School of Design. He founded Makhno Studio in 2003.
