Henri Cleinge ARCHITECTE

Henri Cleinge’s studio interprets the modernist tradition in architecture, respecting simplicity and essence, yet avoiding total abstraction. His objective is to explore how architecture may be derived from ideas. His approach emphasizes light and space sculpted in raw materials such as wood, steel, and concrete.

Henri Cleinge graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa. He worked for nine years in various firms in Montreal before establishing his own practice in 1998.
