CUT Architectures

CUT Architectures was founded in Paris in 2008. The studio aims to break the traditional boundaries associated with architecture, urbanism, interior design and art; CUT maintains that hybrid projects can be made by blurring the lines of all these fields. The firm specializes in public architecture and housing projects, using pre-existing materials - stainless steel, wood - whenever possible in order to lower costs and diversify aesthetic. CUT Architectures collaborates with a variety of international firms, including March Studio in Melbourne, as well as Café Coutoume Aoyama in Tokyo.
