For coworking concept The Malin, the secret is focusing on elevated design, exquisite craftsmanship and tailored amenities in combination with providing a boutique experience – the brand boasts a modest capacity of 200-250 memberships per location. Case in point, The Malin Williamsburg, the brand’s first location outside Manhattan, which opened its doors last year welcoming design-minded members to an eclectically curated workspace framed by panoramic vistas of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Perched on the 9th floor of The William Vale, a contemporary brutalist structure by Brooklyn architects Albo Liberis that also houses a luxury hotel of the same name, The Malin’s foray into Brooklyn prioritizes shared space with mixed seating taking up most of its 1,000 square metres of space which also offers dedicated desks, private offices for small teams, meeting rooms and several phone booths for video conferencing plus a library.
