Gustav Deutsch is an Austrian architect, artist and film director. After studying archtiecture in Vienna in the 1970's, he moved on to experimental art and film-making, and was a member of various artist groups. From 2003-2005 he was one of the art directors at Aegina Academy, an art biennial that took place in Aegina, Greece. He has received numerous awards for his work and is also a lecturer at art schools and other institutions around the world.
