Based in Portland, Oregon, Ransom Limited is a small photo house that was founded in 2013 by two brothers, photographers Parker Fitzgerald and James Fitzgerald. Their goal is to create a photographic cooperative devoted to creating work that exemplifies “visual excellence, the production of uplifting work and the pursuit of beauty.”

Ransom limited has a wide and varied clientele such as Nike, Kinfolk Magazine, Toyota and UNIQLO among others and their photographs have been published and licensed worldwide. They recently released, Overgrowth, the first of Ransom Limited’s sponsored Edition series which was published as a joint project along with Erba Studio. Ransom intends for their Ransom Limited Edition series to be an annual collaboration along with jury-selected artists and photographers.
