Fyra’s design approach emphasizes this historical richness, crafting an environment that feels both timeless and inviting. Warm, natural materials dominate the restaurant, with robust wooden tables and chairs establishing a foundation marked by simplicity and elegance. The restaurant’s grand windows not only provide soft, natural light but also invite passersby to glimpse into the vibrant interior, while the earthy colour palette, inspired by the building’s historical tones, paired with thoughtfully designed lighting, enhance the scheme’s cozy yet bold ambiance.
Towering wooden shelving, made possible by the building's high ceilings, divides the space into intimate alcoves, creating an inviting atmosphere that manages to balance both openness and privacy. These shelves, paired with a lively front bar, add a market hall-inspired vibe, connecting the space to its roots while bringing in a modern energy. Adding to this theme, meat lockers reminiscent of traditional butcher shops reflect the menu’s focus on high-quality meats and vegetables, embodying the restaurant's unpretentious approach to cuisine.
This new gem gracing the city captures the spirit of a classic bouchon while honouring its iconic surroundings, offering a taste of tradition in a modern, beautifully designed setting.
