Ernest Zacharevic (born 1986, in Lithuania) is a visual artist currently based in Penang, Malaysia. Zacharevic is active in both the studio and on the street, combining a detailed oil-painting technique with messier graffiti spray strokes, as well as found objects. The BBC has dubbed him Malaysia's "answer to Banksy." His work gravitate mostly towards social and cultural messages, typically featuring children playing or communities in interaction.
