Several layers of resin impregnated high-strength carbon fibers are hot-pressed and brought into shape. Gorilla’s production line is using high tech industrial adhesive to assembly the carbon fiber parts with fiber-reinforced side pieces. Out comes the gorilla tube; and although Carbon is super strong, light and very expensive, that's why we only find it in high-end products, where small weight and extreme stability are required at the same time, these cases are affordable for our precious Apple devices.
