This year industrail designer Bram Boo will present his latest creations in the following two events, during the Milan Design week:
1.RED LIGHT DESIGN EVENT:
This erotic and sensual blended event, demonstrates how sensuality, seduction and eroticism drives our human impulses and how designers and leading manufacturers use this in their own creations. The goal is to show how design objects can be inspired by an impulse strictly connected to intimacy, how it can become a public object and how this object can then reclaim its private, personal world when used.

Like Saints, often are represented surrounded by an aureole around their head, it inspired me to use function and especially an overdose of storage to create an aureole for everybody who is seating in the chair!

2.PROPHETS and PENITENTS confessions of a chair (a project of DAMn magazine)
A chair is a chair. Some close to religion, some are as ugly as sin.
To celebrate the existence of this daily-life four-legged comfort-bringer about 20 designers and artists were invited to express their personal confessions on chair prototyping. In the Oratorio della Passione at Sant Ambrogio, Milan's oldest church, these prototypes will be mixed with the typical monotone straw church chairs.
BRAM BOO is going to present his chair "OVERDOSE", like Saints are often represented surrounded by an aureole around their head, it inspired him to use function and especially an overdose of storage to create an aureole for anybody who is going to seat down in the chair!
